Cookie consent banner cost: the per-domain answer

A cookie consent banner on CookieYes costs $0 for one domain on the Free plan, or $100, $250 or $550 a year per domain on Basic, Pro or Ultimate, billed annually, as read on October 31, 2026. Billed monthly, the same plans are $10, $25 or $55 a month per domain, and local taxes are charged in addition. Only one Free plan is allowed per account, and each further domain needs its own paid plan.

Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial that collects payment details at sign-up, and the card is charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel.

What 1, 5, 10 and 25 domains cost on CookieYes

Each paid domain needs its own plan, so the per-domain price repeats at every count and the agency tier changes the yearly saving.

How the agency tiers count sites

Agency Partner Program tiers follow the number of paid sites: Starter 0 to 4 with no discount, Bronze 5 to 24 at 25%, Silver 25 to 49 at 35%, Gold 50 to 99 at 45% and Platinum 100 or more at 50%. The discount applies to the standard price of every site, and the billing article's own example prices Basic at $100 a site a year and $75 at Bronze.

Each site added to an agency account gets its own 30-day trial, a payment method is required to start it, and nothing is charged that day. A trial site receives the tier's discount once it converts to paid. All sites share one subscription and one billing cycle. Agency plans have no extra-pageview billing, so a domain's banner pauses at its allowance. Agency prices sit on a purchase page behind sign-in.

Subdomains and extra pageviews change the count

CookieYes's Terms treat each subdomain as a separate website, while its help article says Pro and Ultimate plans cover subdomains through consent sharing, and Cookiebot bills each subdomain as its own domain.

Basic includes 100,000 pageviews a month and Pro 300,000, and extra pageviews are $0.30 per 1,000 on both where switched on. Ultimate is unlimited subject to fair use. On annual plans, extra pageviews are billed once they reach $10, or at renewal.

What rivals charge for many sites

Complianz sells yearly WordPress licenses: Professional is $179 for 5 sites and Agency $399 for 25, with dedicated bulk pricing beyond 25. Cookiebot Premium Small is $20 a month per domain for accounts with four or more domains under 350 subpages. Osano lists Plus at $199 a month for 3 domains.

Pick Complianz for a portfolio of up to 25 WordPress sites on one yearly license; CookieYes vs Complianz sets the two side by side. Pick Cookiebot for four or more busy small domains at $20 a month each, billed monthly, since it does not charge by page views. Pick CookieYes for one domain on the Free plan, or for a client list that reaches Bronze at 5 paid sites.
