The CookieYes Agency Partner Program in practice
Tiers follow the number of paid client sites: Starter (0 to 4) pays the standard rate, Bronze (5 to 24) gets 25% off, Silver (25 to 49) 35%, Gold (50 to 99) 45% and Platinum (100 or more) 50%. The percentage applies to the standard price of every site, on Basic, Pro or Ultimate.
In the program, 8 paid client sites sit in Bronze, which takes CookieYes Basic from $100 to $75 a year per site, against $240 a year per domain on Cookiebot Small; one $399 Complianz Agency license covers up to 25 sites. A site in its 30-day trial earns the discount only after it converts, so with 4 paid sites each still pays $100.
All sites share one subscription and one billing cycle, and each added site gets a 30-day trial that needs a payment method but no charge that day. Agency plans bill no extra pageviews (a pageview is one load of a page that carries the CookieYes code), so a domain at its limit has its banner paused until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
Warning: if a payment fails, banners stay live for 30 days and go offline for 30 more; at 60 days the sites and all data, including consent logs, are permanently deleted. Agency prices themselves sit on a dashboard purchase page behind sign-in. For single-site prices see cookie consent banner cost and CookieYes pricing.
WordPress-only portfolios: Complianz licenses
Complianz Professional is $179 a year for 5 websites and Agency is $399 a year for 25, with the Multisite plugin included, and each license carries a year of support and updates. Complianz states no limit on pageviews or consent records, and its plugin runs on WordPress only.
Without renewal the plugin keeps running but cannot be changed. CookieYes vs Complianz sets the two side by side.
Cookiebot, Osano and Termly for several domains
Cookiebot Premium Small is $20 a month per domain in its US-dollar view, for accounts with 4 or more domains; one to three small domains fall under Premium Medium at $43 a month. Osano Plus covers 3 domains at $199 a month, and more domains need its custom-priced Basic Privacy plan; Termly runs an agency partner program with a custom Agency plan.
Whether a client site needs a banner is a legal question. This guide is informational and not legal advice: CookieYes is a technology platform that assists with compliance, each site owner is responsible for it, and a qualified lawyer can answer for a client's case.
