CookieYes pricing: how the plans bill per domain, what each tier unlocks and what to check first

How CookieYes pricing works: four plans billed per domain, pageview limits, trial and renewal terms, and the Agency Partner Program for many sites.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-30

Quick answerCookieYes sells four plans, Free, Basic, Pro and Ultimate, each billed per domain and sized by monthly pageviews. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and offer annual billing with two months free. Amounts change, so read them on the live pricing page. Agencies are routed to a separate partner program with discount tiers.
CookieYes is likely to fit when

✓ Small WordPress or Shopify sites whose monthly pageviews sit near the free allowance

✓ Freelancers and agencies with several client sites who want one dashboard and agency discount tiers

✓ Owners who want an opt-in template and an opt-out template with auto-blocking and a consent log

✓ Sites that want to test a free plan before paying per domain

Important limitations

— Busy sites with few pages, where a subpage meter may fit better

— WordPress-only fleets that prefer one yearly license across many sites

— Owners who need a lawyer's answer on which law applies to them

— Sites that need an enterprise platform with a sales-led contract

CookieYes pricing: four plans billed per domain

CookieYes sells four plans: Free, Basic, Pro and Ultimate. Each is priced per domain, and each is sized by the pageviews your site produces in a month. The pricing page offers a Monthly and an Annual view, says annual billing gives two months free, and adds local taxes such as VAT or GST on top.

This guide reads the vendor's pricing page, agency page, help articles and terms as of October 30, 2026. It leaves the amounts to the live pricing page, because amounts change and a copied number goes stale.

What each plan's meter and scan allow

  • Free: 5,000 pageviews a month, up to 100 pages per scan and five scans a month, for one domain.
  • Basic: 100,000 pageviews a month and up to 600 pages per scan, with unlimited scans. Pageviews beyond the allowance are billed in blocks of 1,000.
  • Pro: 300,000 pageviews a month and up to 4,000 pages per scan, with the same block billing for extra pageviews.
  • Ultimate: unlimited pageviews and up to 8,000 pages per scan.
  • A pageview is counted each time a page that carries the CookieYes code loads or reloads, according to the pricing FAQ.

How billing works, including fees and renewal

  • Trial: paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and the card on file is charged automatically afterward unless you cancel first. The terms also say a trial becomes a chargeable subscription when it ends.
  • Domains: one account can hold several domains, but only one free plan is allowed per account and each extra domain needs its own paid plan.
  • Changes: the FAQ says you can upgrade or change plans at any time from the Upgrade tab, and cancel at any time while keeping service until the end of the plan period.
  • Renewal: the terms say the agreement renews automatically and that you can end it with 30 days' notice before a term expires. Check the renewal date at checkout.
  • Payment: major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers are listed.

Pricing for several domains and agencies

Because every domain is its own subscription, the monthly cost of a fleet is the live per-domain amount for your plan multiplied by the number of sites. Agencies and freelancers with client sites have a second route, the Agency Partner Program. Its page lists one dashboard for all clients, a 30-day trial for every site you add and discount tiers that rise with the number of subscribed sites:

  • 0 to 4 sites: no discount
  • 5 to 24 sites: 25 percent
  • 25 to 49 sites: 35 percent
  • 50 to 99 sites: 45 percent
  • 100 or more sites: 50 percent

How the agency route works

The agency page shows a savings calculator rather than a price list, so ask the partner team or use the calculator for your client price. Applying starts with an instant eligibility check, and the page says an applicant who does not yet meet the requirements may receive a different invitation instead. Only agency partners can open the agency platform, but the page says you can invite clients to their own sites as users.

What to check before you pay, and whether the paid plan is worth it

  • Your busiest month of pageviews in your own analytics, compared with the allowance. Page loads count, not visitors.
  • Which plan carries the features you need: Global Privacy Control, geo-targeting and a combined GDPR and US state laws template start on Pro, and disabling CookieYes branding is listed only on Ultimate.
  • How many domains you need covered now and in a year, since each one adds a subscription.
  • The trial end date and the renewal terms, so a paid plan does not start by surprise.

Other pricing models to compare

  • Cookiebot sizes plans by subpages, not traffic, and lists a free plan for one domain up to 50 subpages. See CookieYes vs Cookiebot.
  • Termly lists a free plan with a monthly banner view limit, and its pricing page shows an Agency plan that starts at 10 websites.
  • iubenda sizes plans by pageviews per site and bundles policy documents. Complianz sells yearly licenses by number of websites for WordPress.
  • The best cookie consent banner guide sorts the full shortlist.
