What is WebsitePolicies, in one paragraph
WebsitePolicies is a hosted policy generator from Dynamic Terms Inc. (doing business as WebsitePolicies) that writes cookie and other policies from a questionnaire and gives you a cookie consent banner script to paste into your site. Paid plans start at $59 a year on Starter, as read on November 4, 2026, billed yearly.

| Cookie consent banner | Customize it, copy its code to your site | All four columns |
| Script blocking | Holds scripts until consent, by script attributes | Banner page names no plan |
| Google Consent Mode v2 | Passes consent choices to Google tags | All four columns |
| Cookie consent collection | Records visitors' choices | Professional and Business on the compare table; the banner page names no plan |

Try WebsitePolicies →The policy generator and what it writes
The generator is a questionnaire, not a site scan: you answer questions about your business and it writes the policy. WebsitePolicies hosts the policy so you can link to it, and you can copy or download it. Embedding it as HTML starts at Starter and is not on the free basic policy. Its pricing page says policies come in 25+ languages, with multi-language support from Professional.
For the cookie policy alone, see cookie policy generator.
The cookie consent banner and how it is installed
You customize the banner, copy its code and track consents. Every install route pastes that code into the head of the site: a third-party header-scripts plugin or the theme editor on WordPress, theme.liquid on Shopify, Custom code on Wix, Code Injection on Squarespace, or the head tag of a plain HTML page. Its help center documents no WordPress plugin or Shopify app of its own.
Blocking a script until consent takes two attributes on its script tag, or consent events in your own code.
Who sells it and how it bills
The seller is Dynamic Terms Inc., and its Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Plans are priced in US dollars by the year, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, and a new purchase can be refunded within 7 days. There is no free trial. See the WebsitePolicies review for the limits.
WebsitePolicies says its policies are attorney-drafted. This page is information only; each site owner is responsible for their own compliance, and a lawyer answers your own case.
When a scanning consent platform fits better
CookieYes and Cookiebot scan your pages for cookies and bill per domain, and WebsitePolicies describes no scanner. CookieYes Basic is $10 a month per domain, billed monthly, with 600 pages per scan; Cookiebot sets its tier by the subpages on each domain. Pick either for a platform that scans, and see what is CookieYes.
